MSB is an industrial roofing and cladding company based in the North West established in 1997. We are a small company who has a ‘hands on’ approach to contract management which we believe achieves a better level of client communication and satisfaction. Over the years we have built up a sizable client portfolio due to our employees and subcontractors being fully committed to accomplishing a high standard of contract management and workmanship.
MSB covers all aspects of roofing and cladding work from new build to refurbishment to maintenance. We work locally and nationally if we can be competitive.
For all contracts undertaken we produce method statements and risk assessments. Detailed CAD drawings are produced if applicable to the contract incorporating the necessary cladding, flashings and rainwater goods. All drawings are approved by the client prior to contract commencement.
Manufacturer guarantees for the products used can be obtained if requested by the client prior to contract commencement. Product guarantees are recommended as some manufacturers guarantee products for up to 30 years depending on location and building usage.
MSB is a trade member of the NFRC, is CHAS accredited and has signed the Skills Pledge which demonstrates that we are committed to Health and Safety and have an ongoing training programme for all our employees and subcontractors.
Roofing & Cladding Services
‘Roofing and cladding’ incorporates a wide range of services, from new build to refurbishment to periodical building maintenance. MSB staff are always approachable for advice and requests whether that be on site or in the office, we deal direct with architects, quantity surveyors, estimators, suppliers and clients on a daily basis. Through good communication and training MSB is fully equipped to complete all aspects of roofing and cladding contacts.
